FEQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

HOW DOES MADE-TO-ORDER WORK?

Made-to-order refers to the process of producing or manufacturing a product only after an order has been placed for it.

The made-to-order process typically begins with a customer placing an order for a product. Ryan Amore Inc then begins the production process.

Once the product has been produced, it is usually inspected for quality and then shipped to the customer. The made-to-order process typically takes longer than mass production, as each product is manufactured individually and to a unique set of specifications.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

The length of time it takes to receive a made-to-order product can vary depending on several factors, including the complexity of the product, the production process, and the shipping method chosen.

In general, made-to-order products take longer to produce and deliver than mass-produced items, as each product is individually customized or produced to meet the customer's specific requirements.

Ryan Amore Inc Usually Takes 2-3 Weeks for production to then ship out to the client.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER I PLACE?

Yes, you have a 3-day window after your order is placed to make any adjustments to fabrication and color. After this 3-day window, the production process has begun and we are unable to make adjustments.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER AFTER I RECEIVE IT?

Once the garment has been shipped, we, unfortunately, do not accept returns due to the custom-made-to-order process. We will how ever help you alter the dress if needed. Please contact studio@ryanamore.com for more information.
